my mate (strangey) has been on at me to start a journal, so bear with me!

first started strongman last year, but starting it seriously now

PBs so far

110k squat
70k log
150k deadlift from the deck - now 160k (26/01/10)
80k for 3 bench
200 yolk for 20m
60k axle for 3 reps
van pull/ push on tarmac 54secs first attempt
90k stone to middle platform
90k farmers hold for 80secs
75k duck walk for 20m

currently working a 5/3/1 routine and getting gains each week

i currently weigh 90k and im looking at doing a comp in the near future, can anybody tell me if my weights are any where near the level for a 90's comp please

any advice is more than welcome

todays training- 28/01/10

bench session
60k for 5
70k for 3
80k for 5
90k for 3
100k for 1
102.5k for 1

80k was previously my one rep max!

skull crushers

30k - 3 sets of 8 then 15k to failure, managed 41 reps

legs tomorrow, hoping to equal my Pb on the squat!

hi mate !!

well you can enter a comp with any 'level' of lifts and you will always get a big cheer , i would say for unequipped 180 / 120 / 220 would be a nice days lifting ...i think kenders did (roughly) 220/145/245 when he won the british u90 unequipped
