Nice work Stewart, but don't I recall a 130 axle press previously? If so, did you actually manage to clean and press a 130 axle before being able to rack press a 130 bar?

Any one else ever progressed like this? with a clean + press that outstrips their push press.

Very nice work either way, well done.

yeah did a 130 axle but the press was a jerk instead of a push press so this is the first time ive push pressed anything over 120 but generally my presses are always easier if I've cleaned them on an axle first anyway don't know why.

I think the reason I've progressed this far so quickly on pressing is because of the jerks that I've started doing I've always had plenty of drive of the chest but the last quarter is where I usually fail but by using jerks I've been able to handle heavier loads at the top part of my lift so where id usually fail im able to push through for a stronger and smoother lift if that makes any sense lol. gonna leave the qualifier until 2016 or even 2017 just depends where my strengths at. this year my focus is going to be naturals and north isles Happy
