Did first comp with 525kg mate at 21
Squat 180
Bench 165
Deadlift 180

Trained squat and dead for about 3 month prior and bench about 2 year

Ps. At 85kg

Haha I wish I did...I have a vivid memory of a mate pulling 90kg off my neck after a failed pb attempt!

My second comp which was done 2 years after i started training was the NW unequipped at Thorncross, its where i met the sugden barbell guys. My lifts were:
Squat 182.5
Bench 117.5
Deadlift 187.5
I went 8/9 my last bench was turned down for insufficient pause, it is as close as I have had to a perfect comp, as had it been given I would have gone 9/9 with PBs on all lifts.

Bench - 140
Deadlift - 222.5

Total - 547.4

Best Comp

Bw - 103

Squat - 250
Bench - 192.5
Deadlift - 280

Total - 722.5

Hope to put up a 750 this year or early next year then push on to 800+ cutting down to 105 or as a light 120

Did a powerlifting comp in 2003 without any specific training and managed...

150/120/212.5 (pressed 125, but didn't wait for the 'start' command).
