Hasn't always been a bench press specialist Member 44, 1907 posts SQ 252.5, BP 220, DL 210682.5 kgs @ 83kgs Eq | My second comp which was done 2 years after i started training was the NW unequipped at Thorncross, its where i met the sugden barbell guys. My lifts were: Squat 182.5 Bench 117.5 Deadlift 187.5 I went 8/9 my last bench was turned down for insufficient pause, it is as close as I have had to a perfect comp, as had it been given I would have gone 9/9 with PBs on all lifts. | ||
