I think it's pretty close between Joni's second and my third. Really close!! Rob 190, 195 Below Knee Rack Pull These were really damn hard - pulling from an absolute dead spot so they were harder than off the floor. Jo 110 Deadlifts Form was the best on the first one Jo. I'm sure others can give you some tips but basically you get into a nice position and then turn it into a not so nice position before you even start your pull.

Sports an extremely muscular arse. Member 38, 6253 posts | Post Edited: 25.01.2007 @ 04:29 AM Joni pre-pull!!You're getting a lot of slack in your shoulders. I like the idea of getting your hips nice and low, but make sure you give the bar a little pre-pull to set everything into place. You can see from the video's as you pull, your shoulders aren't tight and you've slack in your arms. So, you're losing a lot of power and speed right from the beginning. It's not enough to get low, you gotta get low and stay tight. Pre-pull, pre-pull!

MIA Member 7, 621 posts SQ 80, BP 45, DL 125250.0 kgs @ 55kgs UnEq | Ok, sorted it f**k my form is even more terrible than even I realised LOL! I got 115 kg for singles in two weeks That could be messy! Rob, if you don't mind, i'll get you to video some 90 kg deadlifts sometime, as I think I can keep my form a bit better on those and it would be good to see.

always lookIng for the extra UT2 work. Member 9, 18279 posts SQ 210, BP 167.5, DL 260637.5 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | Joni I think you need to get the bar a little more away from your shins at the start so your knees can go a little further over the bar (should help with leg drive), and you are in pretty much a clean position, try to get your shoulders further forwards (so they are a little out in front of the bar and not directly over it. I've found these things have helped me. Good stuff Rob, but those rack pulls are never in the memory of man below the knee! They will still do you good though as it is definitely your lockout that needs work, and they are definitely doing that!

I think they go with the red belt nicely. Jonny, cheers mate. Anything that hard must be good for me. Will definitely be concentrating on that height for a while.

When i have the bar more in front of me i seem to shoot the hips up and do a stiff leg.
