Well well well, it seems that so far the year of 2025 has been kind on the training front to me. I have nailed all my sessions, stayed on track, completed my first strength block and remained clear of injuries in the process. Strength is slowly on the up and I am taking a slow and cautious approach to it all so far. Fingers crossed! | ||

May is here, I am still training and I am still seeing positive results in my quest for strength gains. I would be lying if I said I was not aroused, because I am! Yes I am on NHS prescribed TRT, and a self prescribed dose of 5mg of tadalafil each day, but the key thing for me is actually sticking to the plan and getting to the gym. | ||
