night gymbob...night billygoat Member 933, 25 posts SQ 210, BP 155, DL 290655.0 kgs @ 125kgs UnEq | Hi there, ive been training around 3 and a bit years now doing mainly bodybuilding type workouts, however i have done a little bit of powerlifting and now a very small amount of strongman which i love. I've always included compound movements in my training, like ive always squatted,deadlifted etc etc.. I was just wandering whats an average strongman training routine in the gym as well as outside as i cant really find a whole lot on the net about how mark felix etc train. thanks | ||

Plenty sleeping "Perfect" nutrition Ideal supplementation Ideal recovery methods Ideal special creatine I thought "hey I can train heavy 6 days a week", I could, just everything got painful, if you want to do that it takes a while to build up. | ||
