Eph is my weapon of choice. Need to cut back tbh.
On a side note Jnr tried a pre workout drink today and he turned bright f**king purple!


On the plus side it made me feel strong as a bull, for about 2 hrs. I then crashed like f**k and it ended my session, felt like s**t when I got home, f**k nose what was in it,

But ynr was v red, it was funny
