I'll monitor my strength and bodyweight closely over the next few weeks and see how things are going. I might even pay attention to diet. I know I eat far too much at times and know bringing this under control a bit more would be the next step in becoming a better weightlifter, rather than just getting as big and strong as possible. It's a weight class sport after all and I'm probably about 20% BF! | ||

If you look at the Olympics numbers and the old Soviet texts, you will find a guideline, then take off 10% for 'other factors' and bosh. | ||
