seriously tho I was considering doing somthing along the same lines as we only have o'malleys and hard labour at the mo. And both of them are body building.

I think my dad actually made some of the old equipment for muscle house years back. Don't know if any ov it will still be their

some big strapping lad in O'Mally told me I crnt deadlift in there. I said 'f**k off fat c**t' and went to the counter and said to Mr O'Mally this fat bas***d just told me I crnt deadlift in here! the chap had followed me into reception and his reply to what I said was, Isnt that right Dad?

Oops!!! packed my bag and left never to return! lol

funny could have ended at lot worse for you

I got my dad to go in and ask if he had any old oly bars he wanted to sell as I wanted one for at home. Answer "no they only have one" one f**king oly bar WTF.

Hard labour was good years ago when john was still alive. Not been in for years I think his family stil run it tho.
A good alround gym is what we need

I shouldnt give out such sensitive information over the net you'll want my bank details next lol. I went Hartford High School in Northwich. Mid-Cheshire after that to study sport science.

With you training once at o'malleys wondered if you went a local school that's all nothing more sinister.
