We will get them technically sound all in all a good sess. | ||

I wish i could say the same for the squats. more of a grind. never really been terrible good at squat that's why it's getting so much of my focus atm | ||

I'll progress futher quicker for having a rest and letting things heal than keep push and making this slight injury a big one. wounded because I love bench. Squats feeling really strong though. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise and I can pour more effort into squats. | ||
