Good pressing; but you look uncomfortable benching like that. It'll take time to get used to the new positioning

I benched quite narrow (long arms and stronger tries than my chest); but over the last year I've gone to a wider grip now (index finger on the market ring) and have found benching to be better and less stress on my shoulders too!

I regularly bench 170-180kg week in, week, out, but haven't gone all out as of yet. Will do that next year as would love to break the 200kg barrier at some point soon

All I'd say is that maybe try to wind your elbows in a bit more as they look a bit flared out/forward to me (but that could be the camera angle). Plus pauses will help a lot!

I also found a SlingShot helped me massively as I was able to overload every so often and in doing this; lowering the heavier weights down slowly has helped me to strengthen that part of the bench, so I've more confidence when it's paused on my chest, ready to be pressed etc...

For anyone interested..

I have peaked on my current program and today managed 160kg and 165kg wide grip bench.

I don't think either would have passed in a meet as my foot slipped out on the 160 and the 165 was just damn ugly but the strength was there so I'm pleased about that considering I failed 150kg 10 weeks ago.

My excuse is the s**t bench, it moves about underneath me, is too high so I cant get my feet flat and the lift offs are too close to my bar path. I'd of used the lower bench at my Dads but needed a spot so had to head to the gym instead.

I also discovered from the 165 that my apparent sticking point is just above parallel - something to work on.
