Did the Brighton Brooks 10k 3 weeks ago and ran 43.21. Am due to do 2 half marathons early next year with beachy head marathon being my main year goal. Benched today, hit 115kg for a single, a weight I missed 3 weeks ago and hadnt benched since. Lots of vertical pressing work with the bells seems to have helped massively. That is all | ||
