No.

Mark Sisson is more relaxed on dairy and 'allows' milk post workout.
Robb Wolf doesn't.

It's not that bad though is it...
Breakfast - Oats with Milk
Lunch - Sandwiches
Dinner - Lasagna
Snack - Chocolate bar and bottle of coke?

Pretty bad for me, probably fairly normal though. But you originally mentioned pies too! lol I don't think a lot of bread agrees with me tbh, plus it seems to make me hungrier.

So meat, green veg, nuts/seeds. Looks simple. I will buy the book, it will be good to read up on it I think.

I think you will enjoy it.

One of the great aspects is the way your body composition will change almost instantly.

This is me last week, post holiday. Im a bit leaner than that now.

No bother. I enjoy talking about this. I know how much of a difference it can make to people's health.
Yeah. Diet was definitely not good but certainly not 5000calories of s**t.
My typical day is nowhere near as good as it could be because I am very lazy in the kitchen so I do as little as I can and still stick to the basic principles of Paleo.
Every Monday, I put 3kg of pork loin into the oven.
When cooked, I split it into 1kg pieces.
I then eat 1kg of pork loin per day spaced over 3 meals with masses of veg. Usually sprouts, broccoli and spinach.
I then repeat on Thursday.
I also intermittent fast.
My day is basically this:
8am Train
12pm - 330g Pork Loin plus loads of veg and a dash of olive oil
4pm - 330g Pork Loin plus loads of veg and a dash of olive oil
8pm - 330g Pork Loin plus loads of veg and a dash of olive oil
For snacks I will have some Almonds or Pumpkin Seeds.
Paleo is NOT as boring as I have made it look. I do it like that because it works for me and I eat exclusively for health. (excluding my skipload day)

Jesus wept, you eat that every day? Obviously I understand that's just your choice and that paleo is not that restrictive but f**k me I'd go insane eating like that.

Fair play on the results mate , you're in good nick.

Black coffee and tea, yes.

It depends how strict you want to be. Or how strict you have to be based on your particular circumstances.

I see no issue with standard tea and coffee and diet soft drinks for most people.

I have black coffee and water only as my drinks though.

Saying it like that sounds quite sane but do you not ever fancy beef?

The Americans, who are far more 'into' non-evidence based screening do things like yearly sigmoidoscopies after 40. But their healthcare system is different.

Nice one. Looking good!
Although for me the difference won't be as big as my current eating is a lot closer to paleo than yours was before you started. Plus I doubt I'd go 100% paleo, I would allow myself pizza/fajitas every so often at least! Grin

Ha.

I do eat beef. Sometimes if I haven't prepped my pork for the day I will eat chicken, beef, fish etc.

What a listed is a typical day, but it isn't every day. I do eat at those times religiously though,

I like the 'idea' of it, but I want to do everything in my power to avoid having it done ever again.

It hurt that much I fainted!

is that just eating loads of whatever you want? Does it serve a purpose other than mentally? And is there a protocol to use?

I don't want to eat loads of crap, just the odd carby meal, maybe once a week.
Happy
