Presenting the MT and SB Push and Pull Classic on the 7th March

Being held at Strength Tech

Unit 6, Lysses Court,
High Street,
Fareham,
Hampshire.
PO16 7BE.


Meeting time 10:30

Lift off 11:00(ish)


Events

1) Push- Log lift floor to overhead

Max lift, starting at 43kg, last man standing wins

2) Pull- Deadlift

3 attempts as per Powerlifting regs
(hitching is allowed, straps are not)

Winner will be determined by total of 2 best lifts.


There are 20 spaces available (from both sites combined). If you fancy coming down for a fun afternoons lifting then PM me with you contact details etc and job done!


After the chalk has settled we'll do are best to get some high kcal food in us! I hear there's a good indian buffet in strolling distance

There will be a minimum gym fee of £3.50

N oty sure. Carl will know. It is a training log to start with at 43kg then we'll progress upwards onto the bigger logs.

we have a 6/7" log that is 43kg, than an IFSA spec log that is 80

plan is to start with the little log, then when the weight gets to 80kg, go with the IFSA
