One of the most impressive things iv seen in a while.

I know he does a squat jerk but starting from a dead stop at the bottom and standing with 200kg is awesome.

Anyone tried these? What can you get?

The Chinese do these so often that they can often OHS bottom up more than they can back squat. Weirdos.

Can you overhead squat the bar? Most people cant get anywhere near

I'm working on flexibility to do this but tried it tonight with an empty bar and it just fell forward. A lot of stretching needed I think.

They alwmost always do bottom up overheads in their sessions. Maybe not all sessions, but they do a LOT of them consistently.
