I wouldn't guess your aim was strength/strongman from this.

Just did a simple high rep workout. every workout doesn't have to be super heavy. I'm going to go heavy next week.

Training is going good. Been doing strongman routines for 1 month and have added 30kg to my squat, 15kg to my deadlift and 8kg to my bench press. Can also see my muscles growing a lot quicker than when i was doing normal weight training, especially my shoulders and chest.
If I can keep these gains up I will be competing within 6 months. BRING IT ON!!!

But what sort of weight did he shift? Fairly heavy probably?

I don't think Wayne was trying to be a dick with his statement - in fact I'm sure of it. You workouts are very cardio/strength endurance in nature and appear to be fairly BBing orientated with most sets being 10-reps. TBH you'll never get really strong doing sets of ten. It's great for hypertrophy though. The jogging will really hinder your progress as well I think.

I'd say you could do with stripping a lot of the isolation work out (lat raises, curls, pec deck etc.) and then cut the volume of what's left down whilst working with multiple sets of 3-5 reps.

You'd probably find your next months progress even better Happy

Yeah i agree mate. sets of 10 isn't great for strength. I'll start on the 3 to 5 reps and see how it goes. cheers.
