thought i would put a new log up as back in training properly again!

took some time out got down to 104kg-ish and thats where im staying. a break done me some good and have come back even stronger Happy.

i have my first strongman comp in 10 days on the 11th.

current comps lifts (when i was 18)

squat-242.5kg
bench-160kg
deadlift-265

current gym lifts
squat-245
bench-182.5
deadlift-300

my aim is to get as strong as i can competing in strongman and powerlifting also doing alot of bb training. im 19 years old and compete for the BDFPA!

yeah indeed, its hard for me as the gym i train at is a sports gym and not aloud to but i always get a sneeky vid!

no staying away from 1rm atm as i only maxed a month back and got 300 the vid is on sugden somewhere! i normally have 3 heavy weeks then on the 4 a light week of 3x5 on say 220ish
