Bad situation with my squat briefs; they were far too loose, slipping on in ten seconds, so I sugared them. I can no longer get them past my arse, and its not even close, so they're bust. I can get a new pair one size up or one size down but neither of these are a good fit. The size I wear is a custom size that I can't get a new pair of in time for the comp. Also, I don't fancy spending 100+.

Good for and speed, happy with these.

I don't have time to get back into equipped squatting before the comp and I can travel to use a monolift but its going to cost 10+ a time. I'm really enjoying raw lifting too.

Also need a new deadlift suit at 100+.

As well as this, shirted benching causes problems still with the tendons around my elbows, and I can't use it in my gym -- again I'll have to travel a 10+ a time. I think I'm best sticking to raw lifting for a while. That was my plan at the start of the year anyway as I knew it would be really tough this year in the final part of my degree to travel to train and so on.

The set felt fine, then I walked off and my lower back seized up. Cramp, maybe, but I'm not sure what cramp feels like. I spent half an hour trying to get it to wake up.

45 degree back extensions

These are great for getting blood through! Felt good after these, but we had to move on.

Light still, but felt good.

50 reps total. Everything hurt after this. Instead of my usual cycle home I was walking and it took a lot longer than normal, but by the end of it, everything felt way better.
