Well, the rules of 5-3-1 say that I am compelled to tommorow.Will keep you posted
However, will now be reppin out with axel squats and will increase this by 5k each week to 190k to peak for the southern qualifiers. Therefore, tommorow will be the last heavy session until April!
Wish me luck when I try axal bar in the gym tommorow and it slides off my shoulders and smashes the power rack to ribbens......
