I had some ART stuff done on my triceps yesterday lunchtime. My God, it was painful. I'm going back next week to get my calves done. Sam, you may remember that sometimes after squatting my calves get very tight and tender? So yeah, I'm going to pay a man to beat the s**t out of them for 30 minutes to see if that helps.

The elbow felt a bit better yesterday, but still a little "vagina-y" at the end of training. I need a week off to heal at some point - maybe over Christmas. Still, 90kg is the most I've ever benched for 5 reps, so I'm still making progress!

Also deads AFTER GHRs?! Certainly more of a man than I am!

When I've done GHRs in the past, I've always done them as a hamstring finisher AFTER I've finished squatting and deadlifting.

lol yeah, is he squatting in gear every Tuesday now?

Pisses me off that I can't make these sessions. Just have to train when I can though.

Yep, squat suit on Tuesdays and bench shirt on Thursdays. Then the bollock-destroying sumo suit on Saturdays Grin

The guy's spent years training mostly raw and then chucking gear on 4 weeks out. It worked for a while but I think he now needs to learn his suits and shirts more and this may be what is required.

He pulled 301kg as a junior ffs!

what time you training Sat morning? 10 or 11?

strained a neck muscle doing BTN presses yesterday - have to turn my full body to look to the side lol but the plan for Sat is raw squats, light benches, and heavy deads, gonna try and double 190. Yes, s**t weights get me excited these days but this will be a post injury double pb haha.

It's usually 10 on Saturdays but term is over and most of the undergrads are gone so we may change it. I'll check with Luke tonight and let you know if it's something other than 10.
