How much depth is it possible to go in to in all this in just a 1 day session.

I would assume this would require a fair degree of knowledge beforehand. I cant imagine an average gym instructor being competent to coach weightlifing/powerlifting in just a day even without the other parts

Yes it is good to have a decent level of understanding as a prerequisite to the course but it is more important to have a thirst for knowledge and a passion for training, instructing and coaching.

The aim of the course is to teach trainers, instructors and coaches, Exertrain's training methodologies and protocols and for them to take this information away after the course and develop their knowledge and skills from the information they have learned.

May be also a good idea to get employers onboard to help with the fees.

Just out of interest how many people are you hoping to take part in the day and do participants receive any certification for their cv and what's the accredited governing body?
