Hehe, i've been making protein flapjacks lately. I got the recipe off a mate and they started off quite lean, quite good for you. About 60g per bar. But they were a bit dry so i've been trying to make them taste better and slowly adding more and more junk, lol.

So i'm on my fourth batch now and they ended up topped with chocolate, cherry's and raisins inside and served with ice-cream lol!

i used to use the max effort principle.

My mom always told me not to use the speed method when eating, so i will not do it.

Does anyone employ any of the other training principles to thier food.

Supersets? One bit of burger, antother of cheesecake for example

Rest pause? Take a good hour and a hlaf to get in the extra 3000kcals

Giant Set - Carls fav - just s**t loads of volume with no break

Pyramid - make a pyramid of somethig, say pasta - then eat it

Drop sets? Drop the food on the floor and then eat it?

I know a Chinese buffet in Amsterdam which is 'eat as much as you can in an hour'. It's an experience.

Please Note: The buffet is charged per head and not to the amount consumed. the price reflects the meal to be consumed in the restaurant and does not allow for any food to be taken away from the buffet.

Carb heaven to be fair.

Matt Griff. have you experienced this place? it is sweet!

Speed kills. Chewing is cheating! If it gets stuck in your throat just hold your breath and fight it down!

I used to know a man. A very fat man. In fact he was the fattest s**t I had ever seen face to face.

He was addicted to food in a very, very severe way. More than anyone on here. He used to eat at a local restaurant in Stourbriddge, West Midlands. I am not joking when I say he was f**king massive. He came into the restaurant on one of those mobility scooter things and had to have both doors opened to fit his whale like carcus inside.

Now, when ordering it was like a sketch from Monty Python with Mr Creosote. He would seriously order every thing on the menu. Have about 20-30 pints of guinness and eat like nothing I have seen before. I had seen hyenas and lions eat with more dignity than this sweating, tub of lard.

He was actually just swallowing the food with no chewing (or very very little) . As we looked over in dismay at what we would see he would always say to us that 'it's all mind control, If you chew too much your stomach thinks your full, when actually it isn't.'

I refer to the man in the past tense because unfortunately he is no longer among the living. He got hit by a bus and died instantly.

Sorry about the length of this post. Quite a character though trust me he was!

He looked something like this. Obviously with clothes on. (Thank God).
