British bum sex champ Member 450, 1992 posts SQ 315, BP 212.5, DL 290 817.5 kgs @ 137kgs Eq	Dont know if many of you will be interested but popped down to h&b today to get a tub of creatine.The 510g tub i usually get is £24.99.......Went to pay for it the woman said "£7.79 please" so i bought 3 instead for just over £23...bargain

As long as it'S a quality one, then all is well. Even the supposed, best, pureist creatine on the market (arguably 'Creapure' made by Degussa) is still pretty cheap.

I personally prefer the stiffest possible. Member 158, 3110 posts SQ 170, BP 107.5, DL 222.5 500.0 kgs @ 67.4kgs UnEq	500g of myprotein mono is around £8 delivered, its not creapure but it has a COA which shows its very high quality. If you order 1KG then its even cheaper.
