My first answer would be whole milk.

If you are looking for a supplement I like myprotein total gainer. Loads of calories, a mix of different protein sources, low gi carbs making it good preworkout, high gi carbs makinn it good post workout. Its cheap too, a 6lb tub is about 23quid i think. I know some guys have had issues with mp service but i never have. I reckon if i could only buy one product it would be this.

Banana milk? Strawberry milk? Vanilla milk?

Being dead serious, the milk has a near pefect combination of proteins, fats and carbs. The carbs are decent simple carbs (and sucrose isnt exactly the devil of sugars). It is fortified with additional casein (they use milk powder to help thicken it up).

Most importantly, its cheap, tastes good and you dont have to f**k around trying to mix it up. Or worry about that dry crusty shaker that you forgot to wash after your last workout.

Crack an egg or two in 500ml if you're trying to put on weight.

6 eggs with 500ml choc milk gives you a slightly thicker choc milk loaded with chicks!
