Wont be competing this year as want to spend the time getting my strength back up, plus I've now fully switched over to multiply so need to spend time adjusting. some rough goals for the next 12 months are raw squat 260kg/ 300kg in wraps bench 200kg deadlift 300kg kit squat 340 briefs/ 390 full kit bench 320kg deadlift 350kg This may change depending on how health etc is. Training has been a bit over the place but should be back to normal routine from next week, will try to update log at least once a week. | ||
