So after a long hiatus due to health and injures i'm back training.

Wont be competing this year as want to spend the time getting my strength back up, plus I've now fully switched over to multiply so need to spend time adjusting.

some rough goals for the next 12 months are

raw

squat 260kg/ 300kg in wraps
bench 200kg
deadlift 300kg

kit
squat 340 briefs/ 390 full kit
bench 320kg
deadlift 350kg

This may change depending on how health etc is.

Training has been a bit over the place but should be back to normal routine from next week, will try to update log at least once a week.

nothing special, session didnt go as planned as had a new lifter start training with us who I'm now coaching, and my training partner got stuck in his brand new bench shirt which after 40 mins of getting no where i had to cut him out off haha

didn't squat this week as wanted to rest biceps.

bench/shoulders/tris 21/05/17 -started with about 10 mins of kettle bell smashing my biceps seemed to help

strict press - only light as haven't done this in ages so building back up
