Quality lifts off Johngym, Wes qualified with his dodgy arse, i did 9 from 9.

Squat
175kg - good
190kg - good
205kg - good

Bench
110kg - good

Deadlift
230kg - good
250kg - good
265kg - good

Total - 600kg

Highlight of my day was watching Jimbert pull that 265kg, great effort, something he can't always be accused of applying !!
In fact, no I take it back Jim, your 3rd squat for a raw p.b was the best squat I've ever seen you do...

Cookie, it was a great effort on your 4th Deadlift attempt, I'm assuming you failed on resting the bar on your thighs ? Real shame, it wasn't that obvious to be honest, you certainly got it in the tank.

Cheers Wes. I think they said I pushed my knees under too early. I didn't realise that was a problem as I thought a hitch was a second bend. I obviously need to learn the rules! Oh well. There's always next time!
