827.5 kgs @ 133kgs Eq		It appears to be CAPS LOCK day today, it draws attention to the change of tone suggested by the use of capitals in typed communications. And why not ?

I have to attend a sleep clinic later, this involves being awake the whole time, but I do get the facts and figures on the effectiveness of the CPAP compressor that I now sleep with. And I do love facts and figures.

A gentle one after last week's exertions, plus my sleeping / eating rituals were disrupted by this morning's hospital visit.

The visit was a success, some tightening of the straps and things should improve slightly, nothing more than that.

An odd three and a word, which whilst completely valid, is not one that I can recall ever having used or seen used outside of playing word games.

Went for it after the first factfinder and struggled. Debated whether or not to use the usual second factfinder and now wish I had, as once the answer was revealed it probably would have made things much simpler. Should have stuck with my usual policy of sorting the vowels first, I thought I had but I hadn't. Moral : don't be tempted by a possible two.
