squat 120 6 doubles

floor to overhead upto 102.5kg pb lil bit more there i reckon press was easy so got 113.5 push press big fight on that. one arm dumbell ftoh upto 50 default pb

deadlift upto 150kg, wanted 6 doubles but used thicker bar couldn't hook grip got 2 2 2 2 1 1, much harder as all reps were slow to keep grip

powercleans lots of 50kg singles technique improving, 60 3x3 70 4x2

only had 20 mins so went for unscheduled squat max 40x10 60x5 100x3 120x3 140 152.5 possibly a little high but hit it a 2nd time well below parallel 2.5kg pb

deadlifts thought i had don 130x3 150x5 150x4 150x3 bot had missloaded the bar and was 10kg higher so 5rep pb with 160

powerclean 80 3x3

seated row 5x8 starting at pin 7 raising weight each set

pulldown same as rows but from pin 5
