feeling run down an wrist pain when stricting for reps so went for a hit new max 97.5kg 100 could go on a good day

push press upto 100x3 felt easy so went for pb 111 then 112.5 hard but technique is getting better

light leg presses until rack was available (Someone was zerchering madness)

Squattage upto 120kgx6 doubles then 10x60kg strict press and cardio

floor to overhead 60kg (presses strict ) 30 in 5.35ish to fast early pace better next time cleans got tough presses easy

tight in the upper back so light pulldowns an seated row too loosen up

squat 5x5 105kg 99% sure i done an extra set as got distracted so did one more to make sure

bench 6 doubles 130kg last doubles dropsetted to 100x12 an 60x25
