I will just be pulling, my shoulder is a wee bit not playing on the overhead and the minimum standard is too much for it at the moment.

Matt, my left shoulder is f**ked, and has been for sometime. Have some strong pain killers, man up, and get 120 nailed Grin

minimum standard is too much for me too mate, and i tried to pull out on the basis of that.

But wigan said no.

So i am opening with 110.

And the way you were nailing the 120 last year at wills comp, you can nail that any day of the week Matt!

I'd rather be able to compete for the rest of the year than have to sit out of training and comps for so long.

I made the macho bulls**t mistake when playing rugby and ended up breaking my shoulder and tearing my acl which still bother me to this day (and is part of the shoulder problem now).
I know when its a niggle and when it's somthing that needs backing off - and its the only way to be if you want a long lifting lift.

Getting it right and being able to pick my lad up and play games with him is far more important to me at this stage in my life.
