I made the macho bulls**t mistake when playing rugby and ended up breaking my shoulder and tearing my acl which still bother me to this day (and is part of the shoulder problem now). I know when its a niggle and when it's somthing that needs backing off - and its the only way to be if you want a long lifting lift. Getting it right and being able to pick my lad up and play games with him is far more important to me at this stage in my life. | ||
