House move sorted, back in the gym after yet another week of no training
Hopefully get a clear run now with nothing else major coming up. No more excuses especially as my new house is just round the corner from my gym!

Really weak on saturday for some reason, flexibility issues on deadlifts getting down to the bar and absolutely no strength trying to lock out. Not sure what was wrong with me...
