Started this yesterday.

Doing SSB Squats, Strict Press and deadlifts.

It's not easy doing reps.

Please can everyone pray for me tonight, as I have not deadlifted above 140kg for anything other than a triple in a couple of years.

Let alone doing deadlifts after squats.

Iím doing this too - although Iíve had the ďyouíre f**kedĒ from the osteopath yesterday. (SI joint, compressed discs, locked first rib, nerve impingement all over the place!)
