I'd queue for you Cuddles, but I fear when I am half way up the line you'll loose interest and give up Happy

If you find you can lift as much off the floor as you can with an 18" dead - simply stand on an 18" wooden block when doing 18" pulls and you will find this will help.

Any more helpful hints required, dont hesitate to ask!!
Confused Grin Wink

I am not a fan of this lift. Not that I am bad at them, I am actually pretty good at them, but they just hurt my back and take too long to recover from. I pull from the floor or squat in every workout, which means every other day, so to do something that heavy from that position means more time out of the gym. I am not sure what my max is on this lift, but from the floor I have repped 320kg and none of that strength was built with the rack deadlift.

18 are good for final stage of lockout and for an ego boost Grin i throw them in now n then n can pull good numbers with em but prefer 12 - 15 inch and off the floor be honest.

would love a crack at a silver dollar lift in a comp tho.

Your form is absolutely horrendous though Adam. You may find that some work from this height corrects your comparative weakness from above the knee and improves your strength from the floor.
