still a devious weightlifting bastard Member 43, 14374 posts | Dip was a bit low to the point where you started to lean forward before driving back up, and you look a bit loose under the bar. I'd say drop the weight and get plenty of 2's and 3's in and get use to handling the weight on the movement without killing yourself, and also always OL shoes for OL lifts. Cushioned pumps are no good for this stuff. At best crap, at worst dangerous. Good milestone though and plenty more there with a bit of polishing. | ||
