Second time doing these, 10kg PB last time 130 was done with belt, oly shoes, elbow sleeves and wrist wraps this time nothing wasn't even planning it just felt right to join in with my bro. Any form critque would be great cheers

Dip was a bit low to the point where you started to lean forward before driving back up, and you look a bit loose under the bar.
I'd say drop the weight and get plenty of 2's and 3's in and get use to handling the weight on the movement without killing yourself, and also always OL shoes for OL lifts. Cushioned pumps are no good for this stuff. At best crap, at worst dangerous.

Good milestone though and plenty more there with a bit of polishing.
