Got myself onto an actual uk strength forum so very happy.

Not so happy, I typed my name wrong Unhappy

Trying to gain size and most importantly strength. I'm 90kg @ 6 foot but would like to hit 110kg.

My lifts are s**te, so loads of room for improvment.

Squat; 150kg
Bench; 110kg
Deadlift; 190kg

My training looks like this:

Monday
Flat Bench
Incline Bench
Skull Crushers

Wednesday
Deadlift
BOR
Military Press
Side Lateral

Friday
Squat and lots of

Main thing for me is to start eating loads more food so I'm really knuckling down on that.

Will try and get a few videos up now and then, shouldn't be hard as I'm training at home for now.
