dead lift 180kgs for as many reps as poss in 60 secs
conans wheel 210kgs with frame for as many rotations as poss in 60 secs
barrel and stone load 60. 65 . 67 and 75 kgs and 105kg atlas stone in 60secs
trophies for top four of each category , plus winners will each receive £50 cash and a tub of protein
weigh in at 11am sharp please so we can start nice and early and get the events rolling smoothly
there will also be a bouncy castle for the kids ,and a bar b que if weather is permitting , if not drinks and food will be available inside , no fee for competitors or supporters so bring as many people as you like
