There will be a £15 entry fee in advance Event T-shirts will be provided.

Events for the novice.

Farmers walk 120kg per hand 20m no turn.

Yoke 280kg 20m

3,2,1 Log lift.
3 logs in a line you must clean and press the first log 3 times then move onto the second log clean and press it twice then onto the last log and clean and press for one final rep. The weights of the logs will be 90kg 100kg and 110kg.

Loading race.
Object ranging in weight and size have to be lifted carried a short distance and loaded onto a platform. Weight will be from 90kg to 120kg 5 objects in total.
