Elite Strongman Promotions: Barnard Castle Steam Show Strongest Man:

Venue: Streatlam Farm, on the A688, Barnard Castle, Co.Durham.

Date: Monday 26th May 2008

Closing Date for entry: 15th April 2008.

Start Time: 1pm.

Events (subject to change):

1) Log Lift: 100kg, reps from floor.
2) Farmers Walk: 125kg each hand, fastest time over 50m.
3) Loading: beer barrels 80 - 140kg.
4) Carry and Drag: 100kg sandbag and 300kg chain
5) Truck pull: harness.
