Thurs 12 July: Light front and back squats as warm up. Power clean + Clean: 40Kg: 1-1-1 50Kg: 1-1 60Kg: 1-1 70Kg: 1-1 80Kg: 1-1 90Kg: 1-1-1 Power Cleans: 75Kg: 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 Liked the couplet, cleans feeling better pulling the bar higher into my hips. Will try to do these with heavier weights. Back held up though could feel it when i racked a 75Kg Back squat! f**k knows whats going on there.... | |||
