Not much to report, some rehab stuff for back/ arse consisting of back squats, good mornings and hip mobility stuff... build the weight up and see where i am Happy

Tues 24:
A1. Back Squat: 10-10-10-10-10; 50Kg
A2. Good Mornings: 10-10-10-10-10; 50Kg
B. Back Squat: 5-5-5; 70Kg

Ha ha! they are a handful arent they!? Yeah she is coming on leaps and bounds mate! walking, climbing and generally giving her poor old dad a hard time ha ha! Almost 14 months now so long training/ events sessions are thing of the past for now!

stiffies are great mate, will be good to see how much you can get out of them!

i know what you mean mate but its good to do something where tech isnt a limiting factor. Pissing around with the low weights i'm pulling at the mo isnt a great place to be Unhappy Unhappy

Short basement session:

3 Position snatch: only worked upto a couple of sets at 57.5Kg. It wasnt pretty Unhappy

Snatch grip halting deadlift; 40X0:

Light front and back squats as warm up.

Power clean + Clean:
40Kg: 1-1-1
50Kg: 1-1
60Kg: 1-1
70Kg: 1-1
80Kg: 1-1
90Kg: 1-1-1

Power Cleans:
75Kg: 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2

Liked the couplet, cleans feeling better pulling the bar higher into my hips. Will try to do these with heavier weights.

Back held up though could feel it when i racked a 75Kg Back squat! Unhappy
