» weirdest thing you've ever seen a gym. (Go to post)23-02-2011 @ 21:10
saw a middle aged diabetic man slip into a hypo on the leg press machine in the pleasance. a queue of students formed waiting for him to get off and they didnt even realise there was an issue until 2 paramedics started squooshing ribena down his throat.

a member of another gym got his cock out at the reception and told everyone there it looked funny and asked for advice on what to do with it.

an 18 stone bodybuilder covered in foam and shaving his balls in the middle of the changing rooms

according to Nick, knee sleeves dont help at all in any way other than keeping your knees warm, which doesnt help you lift any more, at all. Wraps however give you loads

» So... What animals have you run over while driving? (Go to post)17-02-2011 @ 14:19
when we moved out to our country retreat, my wife in one day and in the space of 2 miles managed to run over a baby deer, a cock pheasant and a young fox on her way into work. she was fairly traumatised as she had descimated the local animal population.

I found the head of a pheasant in the front grill of her car once.

I have an Omega seamaster chrono which I wear every day. it loses around 10 seconds at least each day in time though. I also have a Rolex GMT2 with a blue and red face I got a few years ago but Im not a massive fan of it now.

I wouldnt do either to help with your raw bench, but would prob favour lockouts over floor press for a shirted press (would do bands before either of those though).

I ruptured the proximal head at the same time as I ruptured my pec when benching. I had surgery on both at the same time and the bicep has healed well since. Fingers crossed its not gone mate

» JT Hall - America's most sucessful strength athlete? (Go to post)27-12-2010 @ 18:52
I just googled "Big Willie" and more came up than I was expecting. Ba Boom.

never heard of the boy, apparently he does a "monsterous world beating" 523 lbs equipped & 484lb raw at 220lb. I doubt if it would win the British.
