putting these here to remind me of PBs, ill go back to the deficits and 12inch pulls after my progression slows down from the floor, but I should beat the 12inch deadlift numbers from the floor before that happens.

beltless deficits 250x5 260x3 265x2 (belted 280x1)
12 inch deadlift 285x5 292.5x3 307.5x2 (suited 335x1)
squats belt only 255x5 265x3 267.5x2 280x1 (wraps 290x1)

First session back after my crazy week, my son was born last Wednesday then taken into intensive care so i've not slept or ate since really. He's on the mend and awesome so it's all good news.

Deadlift
290x2 missed the 3rd at the knee. Messed up the first aswell by breathing out too early, second was good.

Close grip incline

Wasn't max reps no, wanted to hit 9 for rep on but it wasn't there do stopped at 5.
Squat

Put wraps on for first time in a year probably, felt weird and turned my squat very backy. I'm going to keep rheostats on for a short time just because.
