Mainly shoulder stuff. Competing in 2 day comp in Northern Ireland this weekend. Looking forward to it! | ||

Day 1. 1)340 yoke 40m 2)max deadlift off tyres, hit easy 350 but then we jumped 400 and I didn't move it 3) log press 125 clean and press, hit 9 strict. Won that event 4) keg toss, hit the 5 small ones but a full size barrel I couldn't swing through my legs properly. Day 2: 1)310 frame 20m. 10 secs was my time. Pick up was abit slow. wide frame too but grip felt good. 2) car deadlift side handle. 4 reps, felt heavy!!! 3) kettle bell toss. Really struggled on this. 4) caber toss. Couldn't get it balanced to attempt throwing it. came last. hard as f**k. 5) front hold. Went out first and pussied out abit on time. 6) dumbbell press 80kg. elbow was hurting like f**k from all the throwing. 0 reps. Gay. Really enjoyed the weekend and it was a free trip. Northern Ireland is a really nice place. | ||

Log clean and press 100x3 120x2 130x2 140x2 150x2 160x1 - solid enough but not snappy. Farmers 13m 125 x1 135 x2 145 x2 messed around with 1 arm DB while talking s**t. Ok session, body still feel beat up though. Today: 1 hour 30min recovery work. stretch and rolling and s**t. Booked in with physio for Monday and going to back off weight-wise till I feel fresher. | ||

thinner after lockdown Member 594, 4166 posts SQ 100, BP 80, DL 100280.0 kgs @ 120kgs Eq | Yesterday: 1 hour stretching bench press 140x18 140x8 140x5 dropset 120 and 100 pec deck 4x whatever reps incline dumbbell 32.5 20 sec press 30 sec rest 3 rounds happy with the bench, that should put me above 200 surely. will go back to incline next week though, think it carries over to log well. | ||

Squat no belt/wraps 220 5x5 3 min timed rest Not bad, wasn't quick but smooth. Deadlift belt and straps 220x1 260x1 300x1 - wasn't as fast as I'd like. Log clean and press 100x2 120x2 140x2 - fast! Ok session, not great but I did enjoy it so that's a plus. | ||
