good days training today chest day, we had a good crew benching 6 in all and dia showed every one up again with his 240kg double reps.

started with 60kg,
then 100kg x5 reps x 2 set
110kg x 5 reps x 2 sets
120kg x 2 reps x 2 sets
130kg 0 reps missed it at the top

then did some block work with 3inch 130kg 3 reps x 5 sets

then we decided to use the blue rubber bands for the lockouts 6 sets of five .

hi mate im doing the unequipped world in november i hope to bench 140kg im currently doing 130 to 132.5 ihope to squat 240kg and deadlift 300kg for the comp

had good training sesh today big deadlifts it was like a comp we had 6 training and all unequipped nearist to me was shaun under 23 he pulled 240 so i had to push my self i did 4 reps with 260kg.

excellent raw squatting mate , your probably much more comfertable with raw than suited n booted ?
