Hard sesh. 245 flew up but just stuck on my thighs. Keg loading those 130s is not fun, always need to lie down after it. Failing 127.5 clean is pathetic, I've been cleaning upto 130 pretty easily lately. Deads must've taken their toll.

Bristol's Strongest Man

Max Axle FTOH - 125kg goodlift, failed press @ 130kg - joint first place. Good start.

Farmers 110kg 20m into Yoke 260kg 20m - 40 seconds I think - think I was 3rd at this event.

Car Deadlift 230kg front bar - 10reps - 4th place I think. After first three events was in 2nd place. So far, so good.

Block Press for reps 90kg - 0reps - big fail, never tried a block before, and was a short fat one, never mind, joint 4th at event as so many no-repped. 3rd overall maybe at this point??

Keg loading 4x kegs 60-120kg - made 3kegs, was gassed. Near bottom at event. Finished 6th overall.

Bit gutted loading cost me a decent finish AGAIN! Overall a good day tho and (joint) won another pressing event.

Hey man, good effort today. yoke/farmers was 48.3 secs and deadlift 9 reps.

Get the block training in, it made all the difference in the end. Joint third in the event was 1 rep, would have bumped you to third place overall from sixth.

Well done, give us a shout if you're ever after training in Bris.
jones105
good effort dude, joint 4th in block press,so did only 3 peps rep onit....blocks are b**ches lol
