Lat pain was present but not to bad, got bad after 120's so i stopped!

nothing mate i can do 250 in 30 seconds but gas out, i just need a bit more fitness, unfortinaly i am not very conditioned at the moment!!!

today is the first day of my new rowing programme, which involves rowing when i do the kettlebells in the shed..er...facility .. im not after mental 500m times ...its the 7 min barrier i wanna break for 2000m .....

While thats impressive I doubt you could sustain it, the change in energy system from 250m to 500m is significant. The record is 1:10 held by Leo young who is 6 foot 7 and weighed 100kg at the time. It was also set on a Mark B which are probably not as accurate.

When you next in OSG on saturday boar? Technical help is available. Much more important for 2000m than for 500m
