Had a s**tty 40mins today highlight of which was 90x3x3 push press whatever. I'm not counting it I will make up for it over the weekend with a monster farmers and tire session. Weather permiting, might even have a crack at the Big 120 stone

Due my crack pipe Log predictions last night decided to try it out today, first time in at least 3wks
Worked up to 90x2 reps, 100xF then 95x1,
Also tried some log cleans managed 110x2, 115xF it was almost there.

My reason was that last time I touched that log was the first day I got my knee sleeves so at least 3 weeks and I got a pb then, I still recon if I put the effort in then 120 isn't totally crack pipe 140 probably is tho
