Had a s**tty 40mins today highlight of which was 90x3x3 push press whatever. I'm not counting it I will make up for it over the weekend with a monster farmers and tire session. Weather permiting, might even have a crack at the Big 120 stone Embarassed

Due my crack pipe Log predictions last night decided to try it out today, first time in at least 3wks

Worked up to 90x2 reps, 100xF then 95x1,
Also tried some log cleans managed 110x2, 115xF it was almost there.

Not strong enough tho I need 100 minimum and then i kinda said 120-140 (i was a little drunk) for the comp in July Roll-Eyes

My reason was that last time I touched that log was the first day I got my knee sleeves so at least 3 weeks and I got a pb then, I still recon if I put the effort in then 120 isn't totally crack pipe 140 probably is tho Grin

warmed up with some chin ups bodyweight x5x3, with dips bodyweight x5x3, and barbell curls 25x10, 30x10, 35x10, and triceps pushdown 30lbs 40lbs 60lbs x 20,15,10,
