It's loadable so sometimes it's Fatter than that

CG Bench

20x20x2, 50x10, 80x5, 90x5, 100x5, 105x4, 107.5x3, 110x2, (second rep quite poor so) 110x2, 112.5x1, (easy) 112.5x1, (not as easy but no trouble) 

90x7(80%) (was gonna be 5 but it felt light. Couldn't have got 8 !)

Dips
Body Weight x12, +20x5, +22.5x3, +22.5x3, +22.5x3, +20x5 all these felt hard

80k Barrel to press position x2 just trying out a new nylon belt I've got. Seems to offer alright support and isn't to bulky

Also tried a gum shield today as I have bitten my tongue a few times. Not sure if I'll continue to use it but I'll stick with it for a few more sessions see how I go 

Training time 1 Hour

100x5 Bench. Would have filmed more but phone was flat

DOH Dead's (fastish)
60x10, 90x5, 130x5, 130x5, 160x1 (belt) nearly 2 grip went

Normal Grip (belt)
160x5, 180x3, 180x3, 190x2, 200x1, 200x1, 200x1, 200x1, 200x1, 160x5,

Dumbbell shrugs 30kgs X15 inbetween the 200's

Training time 2hrs

130x5 DOH


160x1 DOH almost 2

70x1, 80x1, 85xF, 70x3, 80x2 (3rd rep push pressed), 75x3, 

Push press jerk whatever. 
80x5, 90x3, 90x3, 95x3, 105xf, 105xf, 105xf, 100x1(just to make sure)

Would have like 105 today. 

Training time 1 hour 10mins

Home for 2hrs then


Wide grip overhand pullups Body Weight 5 X3,
 ab crunches 50 X5,
barbell curls 25x10 X3,
wide grip lat pulldowns behind neck then infront 40x10 X3 each,
Hammer curls 10x10, 12.5x10, 12.5x10, 

Time training 40mins

80k Strict press 2 reps


105k Fails (some were quite close)

Thanks Trav, everythings conning on quite well at the mo. Apart from deadlift that is properly Hit and Miss for meRoll-Eyes

It's all looking good from where Fanny's sitting! I like the way you stick with those presses, when a more fanny-like being would give up. It's all working out splendidly.

Quick bench 

20x20, 50x10, 80x5, 90x5, 105x5 107.5x4 110x3, 112.5x2, 115x1, 122.5x1, 122.5x1, 100x5(80ish%) 100x5(80ish%)

80k stone shouldering 3xLeft/Right

Done training time 45-50 mins.
Again not much time and about ten mins yesterday with the stone need a proper session. Squats tomorrow and a small PB tonight so not all bad

It's not pretty the second single was better but I never filmed it. Roll-Eyes also I was being a little conservative as I never bothered setting up my saftie bars hopefully I could get 125 130 soon

Normal grip normal Hight (belt) 
(bare feet)
200xF (f**king deadlifts feel like it's going backward) 
180x1 oly shoes on easy WTF
200x1 not bad but not great, 200x1 filmed, 
200x1, 180x3

Dips Bodyweight x15, +20x8, +25x5 +25x5, Bodyweight x15,

Some dumbbell warm up then
Clean and press 40x5 left arm / right arm x2

Training time 1 hour 35

Good sess however DEADLIFT IS POO

Thinking about it now I think I need to change my approach with deads. I'm rushing them I need to use som common sense Confused

Decided to do somthing a little different,

HANG CLEAN + JERK+ BTN JERK + FULL CLEAN AND JERK = 1set
20x2, 40x1, 50x1, 60x2, 80x1, 85x1

POWER CLEAN + JERK + BTN JERK = 1 set
90x1, 95x1, POWER CLEAN (PB) and BTN JERK (PB)
100xF failed to Power clean it

Felt good so went for FTOH 100k x2 (Weight and Rep PB)
105 FTOH CONTI Cleaned it failed the press

105 OH JERK PUSHPRESS THING, after failing this 4 times last week it flew up. So I added 5kg Straight away and went
110 OH JERK PUSHPRESS THING (PB)

Really enjoyed it tonight however left knee is painful and right elbow
