Yeah i've done jerks before, usually power jerk though but i'm looking to improve my split jerk tekers. PB is 150 but i think there's plenty more to come if today's lifting is anything to go by.

150 is big weight for a non oly lifter. In front or behind the neck?

Yeah BTN mate, easier to re rack like. Plan to hit BTN for 8weeks while i work on shoulder flexibility so i can properly go from the front.

My triceps were really struggling by the end of the session, all lock outs were tough apart from the Flat bench stuff at the start, hence the BW dips instead of weighted ones . Thank god the Week 1 of 12 reppers is over! Don't have to do 12 reps again until week 5.
