Well actually Saturday mate .. But i can't see any fire works .. I'm well out of practise. I simply wouldn't pull out on Littler as its a Birthday party ... I aim around 180kg jk and 300kg dead . This would be o.k

Eng Q u105kg - Eng Q Open - Eng u105kg - Uk u105kg - St Ives ....

Deadlift

cage deadlift - 5 lifts, increasing weight on each lift, timed. WSM style.
Silver dollar
Deadlift. 240kg for reps on Olympic bar (head to head)
Deadlift for Max around 15inch bar height, straps will be allowed
Deadlift car on frame side handles 260kg max reps straps allowed

Overhead

inch replica dumbell medley - 50ish to 80ish
axle clean and press - 120/105
log medaly
Log Clean & Press. 105kg for reps. (3 at a time)
Stone press probably 70, 80, 90, 100 (subject to change)
120kg log each rep from the ground 75 seconds

Loading

loading race
stones
Atlas Stones. 100kg to 60", 120kg to 56", 140kg to 52", 160kg to 48"
Stones (weights to be decided)
barrel load 5x120kg kegs on to a platform 5 meters out fastest time

Squat

axle front squat for reps - 140/180
Squat
260kg squat in a frame hinged at one end max reps

Farmers

Farmers walk 20 meters down stop drop over line and then return fastest time
farmers
Farmers Walk. 2x115kg x 40m (turn at 20m) (3 at a time)
Farmers walk weights and distance to be decided
frame hold

Medleys

heavy medley
Medley. Yoke 300kg x 20m, Duck Walk 200kg x 20m (head to head)
and A medley that will probably consist of Fingals finger, tire flip and Duck Walk

Pulling

arm over arm
harness pull
Arm-over-Arm vehicle pull (one at a time)
Van Arm over arm

Other

weight for height

basque circle 325kg most turns
Keg toss (10 kegs over 4m barrier) 2x14kg, 2x16kg, 2x18kg, 2x20kg and 2x22kg
Car flip (subject to change)

Must be fun to have all your comps for the next year laid out like that!
More to the point be ABLE to practise the actual competition events and weights instead of playing catchup, I hope I get to that stage by maybe next year.

looks very interesting when you put it like that Mark. Nice variation of events.

But like Alan says, if you are strong, you can do anything.

Some things stand out from there though, namely conans/basque and throwing events. if you are planning anything special to train them, i would love to join in Grin
