The highlight for me was just competing in a new sport when i doubted myself so much on the build up to the Northern Qualifyer i found out that i maybe could if i put in enough work be good enough to maybe win something .. In the Northerns Stuart Hayes won - In the Uks i beat him .. Nothing against the man but it made all the hard work worth while .. Winning against the Moonen to take the title of St Ives strongest man felt amazing .. But training is where its at .. I`ve heard comments about keeping a journal or YouTube account .. Stuff like its only the comps that count and BULLs**t like that but the comp is a direct reflection of the hard work done in the gym and thats why i have decided to do my Journal online again because if it makes me work just 1% harder its worth it ... the comments and observations of my fellow athletes mean alot to me so i enjoy to show my daily workings to them for comment , positive or negative .. | ||
